कोशिश करने वालों की
- हरिवंशराय बच्चन (Harivansh Rai Bachchan) (few people think that it is from सूर्यकांत त्रिपाठी "निराला")
लहरों से डर कर नौका पार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।
नन्हीं चींटी जब दाना लेकर चलती है,
चढ़ती दीवारों पर, सौ बार फिसलती है।
मन का विश्वास रगों में साहस भरता है,
चढ़कर गिरना, गिरकर चढ़ना न अखरता है।
आख़िर उसकी मेहनत बेकार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।
डुबकियां सिंधु में गोताखोर लगाता है,
जा जा कर खाली हाथ लौटकर आता है।
मिलते नहीं सहज ही मोती गहरे पानी में,
बढ़ता दुगना उत्साह इसी हैरानी में।
मुट्ठी उसकी खाली हर बार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।
असफलता एक चुनौती है, इसे स्वीकार करो,
क्या कमी रह गई, देखो और सुधार करो।
जब तक न सफल हो, नींद चैन को त्यागो तुम,
संघर्ष का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम।
कुछ किये बिना ही जय जय कार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।

Hi ! It is wrongl;y mentioned that it is written by Dr Harivansh Rai bachchan. This poem is written by Suryakant Tripathi Nirla, somehow all use net search for this and then use wrong name of Poet.
This need to be corrected.

This poem is written by Harivanch Rai bachchan, and not Nirala. You may notice Nirala is more 'klishta' in his writings and more sensuous.

Koshish Karne walo ki har nahi hoti
This is the poem of Suryakant Tripathi not of Hariwanshray Bachhan , because I was in search of this poem for last so many months in pune I go to Hindi Rashtrabhasha Pustakalaya where they give me all books of hariwanshray but I could not find there this poem. So it is definately of Suryakant Tripathi.
A lot of thanks to this website for giving me the poem of which I am in search of more than a year.

How idiotic of you. If you couldnt confirm this is of Harivansh Rai Bacchan then how can you be so sure that this is of Nirala. Make sure before you speak. May be they didnt give you one book in which it had this poem. May be you had it in the book but didnt look. Ask students of Class 10th in CBSE board. they must have it in their book and written by Harivansh Rai Bacchan. If you wanna say this is wrong then give some good reasoning n not a stupid example as you did before.

Poet of "Koshish... " is Niralaji
This poem was in my class 7 Hindi textbook (15 years) ago.. I still have that text book, and it says the poet is Suryakant Tripathi "Nirala".. its is wrongly attributed to Harivanshrai Bacchan..
